Round ARC

Building a website for the real estate company Round Arc was an insightful practice exercise that allowed me to apply my web development skills in a professional context. I started by conducting research on the real estate industry and analyzing the websites of competitors to understand their strengths and weaknesses. This provided a foundation for creating a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing site.

The first step was to define the website's structure. I created a sitemap that included essential sections such as Home, About Us, Properties, Services, and Contact. This ensured that users could easily navigate through the site and find relevant information.

Next, I focused on the design aspect. I chose a clean and modern aesthetic that aligned with Round Arc's branding. Using a color palette of blues and whites, I aimed for a fresh and inviting look. I designed a responsive layout to ensure the site was accessible on various devices, including smartphones and tablets.

For the content, I drafted engaging text that highlighted Round Arc’s unique value proposition in the real estate market. I included high-quality images of properties, which were essential for attracting potential clients, along with detailed descriptions that showcased each property's features and benefits.

After establishing the site’s design and content, I moved on to the technical implementation. I utilized a content management system (CMS) to facilitate easy updates and maintenance. Integrating a property listing feature allowed Round Arc to showcase current listings dynamically. I also implemented SEO best practices to enhance visibility in search engine results.

Once the website was developed, I performed extensive testing to ensure functionality across all devices and browsers. This included checking for broken links, form submissions, and loading times. After resolving a few minor issues, I launched the site and monitored user feedback to make iterative improvements.
